camera snapshot stopped working with latest software app update 24 hours now no answer

none of my four cameras will snapshot since the latest software app update. 24 hours now with no solution.

Can you let me know what phone device you're using where it's not updating the snapshot? And is this happening on the web client on your computer as well?

I have the same problem with the VMB4000. All alerts just stopped on the 5 connected cameras.
