camera seems dead

Hi, I baughte my cameras yesterday, and during the night, started probably to do an update witch appartently went wrong. cause now, the camera is not showing any led light, i can keep trying opening and closing it, the camera do not show any sign of life. 

 

do you guys think it's dead ? is there a way to reset completly the camera ?

Once the camera is synced to the base you will not see any LED indicator lights on the camera. You only see lights on the camera during syncs and software updates.  Are the 3 lights on the base lit?
