arlo pro from costco one camera drops offline

I just bought the wireless 2 camera package sold at costco. One of the cameras continues to go off line and I have to reboot it. What is going on??

Swap the two cameras locations to see if it is the camera itself or location ( interference, range issue )

 

If still the camera in new location,  you can go back to Costco or contact Netgear Support
