Hi,

 

My camera have stopped recording and on my phone the will not update data. it says (getting status)? i have only had the cameras for three days. what do i need to do?

What phone and OS?

 

Easiest thing to do first is power button reboot the base unit.... let it come back online, test

 

Next , un- install and re-install the app ,test

Ive reset the whole base, readded all the cameras and it works for like 2 hrs and then it gets stuck getting status.  Ill do a restart from the app or browser and still stuck in getting status
