I just thought I'd post something positive for once. I felt like I might seem like I complain in all my posts.
I've had the Vue cameras very early on. I was even a beta tester for them. When Netgear bought them I was frustrated that the old cameras were not Arlo complaint. I had spent a lot of money on that system and did not like the idea of scrapping them. But, with that said, I've seen how Netgear has evolved the product. Almost every wish to have I had on the Vue system came to be with Arlo-weather proofing, night vision, etc. I still experience numerous issues with the software, like my friends not being able to see he cameras, batteries depleting because ir lights get stuck on, delay in viewing live mode, etc. But all in all I have been very impressed with Arlo. I still think it's amazing that I can screw a wireless camera to a tree out in my yard and be able to access it. I can screw this to a gorilla pod and put it almost anywhere. The video resolution is great, the night vision resolution is great-considering the lights are all enclosed in the camera. The field of view is great. So, as much as I tend to concentrate on the flaws I thought I'd step back and appreciate how useful these have been for me.
