Cameras are Offline

Why are my cameras showing as being offline when I'm on my computer but they appear fine from my cell phone app?

One of the things to do is try one of the other browsers  Chrome, Fire Fox, Win >= v10

The suggestion is to use a Browser other than the one you are using right now.  It could be that info is cached on your current browser and trying another one will not have that issue.

 

Also, you can try Logging out and back on again via the browser.
