Lately, when I access the app the some cameras start recording imediately. How can I fix this?

What model device/OS version are you using? Are you sure there is no motion detection causing the recordings and it is simply the action of opening the app that is causing the detection?
I agree with jguerdat, consider opening a case with the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

Thanks for your reply.
It happens when I access the system through my iphone 5. Not sure about the OS version but I bought the system last March. It is not motion because it happens every time I open the app and only in one or two of the four cameras. I guess I will open a case soon.
