When downloading the Arlo app, system doesn't work and says "not yet possible for your country"

When I try to download the arlo logo the system don't work, says IT IS NOT YET POSSIBLE FOR YOUR COUNTRY

I'm not sure what you're trying to tell us. What doesn't work - downloading the app or using the app to try to install the new system? Are you using a VPN for any reason? If so, turn it off and try again.
