What is the process for customer refunds due to plan change?

I've had Arlo camera's for about 2 years now. The only reason I bought them was because they had a free plan that recorded to the cloud for 7 days. With that plan gone I'd like to return my products for a full refund.

 

Yes, I understand you can record locally which I currently do. However the app doesn't display videos recorded locally - only cloud. So once this change happens the system becomes incredibly unusable unless you are able to view all notifications live.
