If you use a base, then all cameras on that base are either geofenced or not.  However, you can get the same effect (always arming one camera, whether you are home or away).

Geofencing lets you choose a "home" mode and an "away" mode.  So just make sure the camera is armed in both of those modes. 

For example, if you want the other camera be disarmed when you are home, you'd set up a custom mode which has one camera armed and the other one disarmed.  Then set the geofencing "home" mode to that custom mode, and set the "away" mode to armed.
