When I try to login to the Arlo app with my iPhone, it sends me a verification number. When I switch screens between the app and the verification message, then back to the app, it submits the form before I am allowed to enter the verification number.

email verification has the longest timeout, so you could try that method.

It's not the timeout feature that is the issue. When I go from one screen to the other on my iPhone, I have to touch the screen during the change. When I touch the login screen (just to change screens), it submits the verification form. I haven't entered any numbers yet. Same with email verification. It doesn't matter. It's when I'm changing from one screen to the other, the form is submitted with no numbers enter.

Sounds like it is a bug Arlo needs to look at.
Have you tried picking up the email on another device? Then after being logged in, you can trust the phone.

Yes, a second device helped. But, it's not always available. Thanks!

Once you trust the phone, that shouldn't matter.
