The videos have started freezing a few seconds in.

Using what?  Is it the video that's freezing or the app or browser?  Have you tried both? If the app, have you reinstalled it?  Does a downloaded version do the same thing?

I removed and reloaded the app. Same thing - the video freezes about 5-6 seconds in. How would I test the browser?

Use a computer and go to https://arlo.netgear.com and see if the same thing happens.

At the website, instead of freezing the video breaks up into bar-like segments at the same point where the app freezes.

Try downloading it to verify that it's in the recording and not due to the playback mechanism.

Twice, I have deleted and reloaded the app. The problem persists.
