I just subscribed to Arlo secure. After going through the enhancements and using some of the enhancements, my system has all but lost motion sensitivity. My system vmb3010r2 with 6 cameras (5 vmc3030 h7. 1 vmc3030 h16). I have checked and rechecked all settings and rules. Not sure what to do. Any ideas?

Have you tried the motion detection test? https://kb.arlo.com/41/How-do-I-change-the-motion-sensitivity-on-my-Arlo-camera

Yes I have. When in test mode the amber indicator light comes on but only in close proximity 1-3’.
This is with the threshold set to 100%?
Do you have any skins on the cameras?
Might be worth removing/reinserting the batteries.
Also, cleaning the camera face might be useful (just in case there is some dirt blocking the PIR sensors).

I did install fresh batteries and always clean lenses when I replace batteries. Interesting enough, the camera I an having the most difficulty with does have a skin. Never been a fan of skins, however this particular camera is the most weather exposed.
The PIR sensor used for motion detection is distinct from the lens.
Try removing the skin as a test, and see if that changes the symptom.

Made no difference what so ever. Not sure what’s wrong.
Are you seeing this on all your cameras? Or only some?
