When I receive an email on my iPad Air 2 and touch 'Click here' to view video I am taken to arlo.netgear.com but nothing appears. All I get is a completely white page and no other information. Doing the same thing on my iPhone 6 I am taken to the same site and I'm able to watch the video. What iPad setting needs to be changed?

As soon as I tapped 'Reply' I saw I had written Google as a default browser. In fact it is Safari which reminded me I had installed Purify. Whitelisted arlo.netgear.com

 

Problem solved!

 

(and yes, Google is not a browser, Chrome is....)

This sounds like it may be browser related on the ipad. Do you have issues viewing any other non arlo videos using the ipad browser?

YouTube, no problem, Videos shot from iPad, no problem. Downloaded videos from Arlo recording play back with no problem. Google is default browser. Any suggestion as to another type of video I should try to watch?
