Videos Will Not Play When Clicking The Arrow

arlo is always a problem but this one is the worst.  when trying to view the videos that have been captured when I click on the arrow to run it it won't run??  just keeps going back to the arrow and won't run.  has anyone else had this probelm??  also the battery life after charging completely has dropped significantly since charging them just once.  whats up with that???

I have recently upgraded from Netgears old cameras (Vuezone) to Arlo.  I find the same problem when I open Arlo in Edge but the videos run fine when I open Arlo in Google Chrome.
