This last week my cameras are not recording to the cloud or sending notifications. I can log on and view the camera only.

I am aware this model's (VMC3030) EOL date was July 2023 and would work for a further year and up till now it has still been recording to the cloud and sending notifications.

They use WiFi to communicate with the hub, not 3G or 4G.

The mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - might be able to do a back-end sync that will take care of this for you.  I've tagged them, so one of them should reply here.

Thanks for the info on the WiFi, not 3G or 4G.
