How it is possible to contact Arlo support.
It seems that everything is designed by them so that you can't reach them.
it's a real poor way of supporting client considering the price of the equipment.
So Arlo team, here located in Europe, have all your suscription PLUS.
Unable to contact you at any place, your website does not give any proper possibility!!

You can get either phone support or use chat using the app (not my.arlo.com or www.arlo.com).
If you see "Library" in your app menu, then use this guide:

How in the world do you get ANY HELP here with Arlo. I have been without my cameras because they went off line three months ago and now, although it shows that I have been paying my subscription and it is up to date, they won't let me in to even do a chat on line.

You cannot get online or phone support even if you sign in and have an active subscription. I have been trying all avenues for days now.
