I have a VMB4000 BASE station and the camera icon light is solid amber and the message I get on my app is "your device is not connected.  Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working internet connection".  It does have a working internet connection as that light is green.

 

The VMB3000 IS NOT AN OPTION UNDER MODEL#  PLEASE CORRECT THIS NETGEAR.

 

Please help!

But the amber Camera LED means the base isn't claimed so nothing will work. Has this ever worked?

 

Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Press and hold the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab (web) or the + (app) to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Update firmware if prompted as you go.
