VMB4000 1 of 4 cameras will not charge shows plug icon

One of my cameras will only work when plugged in and will not charge. I continues to show the "plug" icon and will never show the "thunder bolt". It does work when plugged to the charger but that is about it. The remained of the cameras did not have this issue.  Any tips? I tried to take the battery out multiple times now but it still will not take charge.

The battery-related circuitry in the camera might have failed.  

Did you try swapping batteries with another camera, and seeing if the problem moves with the battery [or not]? 

Also, did you examine the connection to the battery in the camera, and look for any corrosion or damage there?

If the problem stays with the camera, I don't think there's anything you can do about it.
