Hi.

Evertime i try to setup my base station it stuck by looking for update.
It has been searching for more the 1 hour

Yes it’s the first time setup.

Still happening? What are the LEDs on the base showing? What have you tried?

1 green for power
1 green for network blinking.
Can’t remember if there was any light for camera

Have you tried to factory reset the base station & try setting it up again?

Should I pair the camera with the base before I setup the base or after?

Definitely after. To be clear, the reset should generally be performed by removing all devices from Settings, My Devices. You may also want to hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device selection on the Devices tab to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go if prompted.
