I have done all trouble shooting as described. The base station still is not found, and after reset, light is still amber. However cameras are active. VMC3030. What gives? Recently It was working fine.

There are 3 LEDs that we need to know about - power, Internet and Camera.

ALso, you didn't actually reset the base - if you did, the cameras wouldn't be working.

If you do this you also need to remove all devices found in Settings, My Devices and start fresh.
