VMB3000 need to cancel monthly support but myarlo does not show support

I am trying to cancel the monthly support charge for base and two cameras.  When I go into "my subscription", none are listed.  Yet, my monthly credit card shows a charge of $6.35.  We are no longer using this product.  I believe this was for cloud backup when owned by Netgear.

I'd tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) to see if they can help.  

 

One option (which likely will be faster/easier) would be to just cancel the card and get one with a new number.  Maybe also dispute the charge via the credit card company.
