VMA4600 solar broke after 9 months

VMA4600 solar panel arlo charger

suddenly quit after 9 months.  tried all the tip and trick.  This panel is dead.  The product is not very reliable. 

$80 bucks last only 9 months?  anyone have any luck getting the company to honor their warranty?

I am trying, I am on the phone with support for over an hour so far.  After going through some routine testing which I already tried, I am getting a replacement. yay.   I hope it last longer than 9 months this time, the warranty will be over in Aug 2019.
