I saw that there was an issue in the last few days that there instances of No Video records. It appears I'm having that today. Will they ultimately be available in the cloud? Is there a way to see a report that shows me if the camera was active the entire time? Maybe a power outage that impacted the wifi..etc?

Hey @SDalton,

 

If you're having troubles where you are unable to view your videos from your library, try to reboot your Base Station and check on the web client on your computer to make sure there are recordings saved on your library.
