Hi, Arlo team. I am not able to view record any longer from web or app. I can't download record from web. It worked before. I do not use camera for months but no i need to use it. Need help! Thank you in advance.

error from app when i tried to view the records.

"NSURLErrorDomain error - 1013"

 

i tried to view record using laptop but no luck.

Can you show a screenshot of the error? And when trying to view recording through the Arlo app, is that happening on WiFi and/or cellular data?
