Trying to reinstall Base Station and camera but not finding device on app?

I am trying to reinstall my base station and camera, but in the app, it is not finding my device. I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps, reset the base station and router.
My LED light is solid blue.
My phone is on the same network as base station.
I read a previous post that a token reset solved this issue for others.

Hi MindyW,

 

When you say you're trying to reinstall your Base Station and camera, do you mean adding it to your Arlo account or to Apple HomeKit?

A token reset won't help with that.

 

Have you tried using a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com), and adding it there?
