The can record/detecting some of the time but about 8 pm it stops Detecting motion even when there is motion. Then it starts back working about 4am next day.

Do you have a schedule set? Or maybe geofencing?

Nope none off that it's set to on all time

Perhaps try livestreaming the camera in that time window (9 or 10 pm), and see if the camera connects.
