Trying to reconnect Arlo system as I changed username and password on internet WiFi

I am trying to reconnect the Arlo base and camera to the internet wi-fi as I changed username and password. I followed the instructions to go to setting, my devices and it says there would be the connection button so I can connect but there is nowhere I can click that would allow me to reconnect. I am trying for days and online the Chat service doesn't work and when you try to email it starts to let you choose the option but then it just disappears. What a nightmare.

You shouldn't need to change anything in Arlo when you change your wifi network (or passphrase), or when you change your router password.

 

Just connecting the base station to a LAN ethernet port should be enough.

 

What color(s) are the LED(s) on your base station?  Are you seeing the cameras and base station when you log in at my.arlo.com?
