Transferring account to another person

Hi,

 

I am trying to transfer my Arlo account, which is under my name as the primary holder, to someone else in my family so that they can manage it better during my absence. I would like to be removed as the primary holder, and have them take control of camera, granting camera access etc... I have tried to change my e-mail address to theirs, but nothing seems to happen. Can you please help?

TMK,  From your account you must go into SETTINGS and REMOVE DEVICE for all cameras first then base.

 

Then you should be able to reset it with a new email.

 

If it does't work ( in the past the serial number of base was tied to account ) you'll have to go to Netgear support and have them release it.

 

The setup after should be just as a new setup.
