Time to change batteries AFTER changing them in my remote camera

I have changed the batteries at least 3 times I have synced several times I have removed the device synced and now the device is not added back ?? Don't have any idea what to do now!

What firmware is on the affected camera? The issue you are experiencing could be due to older firmware. A battery optimization fix was released in a recent camera firmware update, be sure your camera has fresh batteries and good signal strength and allow the camera to complete the firmware update overnight.

Firmware updates are automatic and take place overnight.

 

You can check to make sure you are on the latest firmware by navigating to Settings > My Devices > select desired device > scroll down to FW version.

 

Current camera and base station firmware can be found here: Release Notes

 

As of 8/28/2016:

Camera Firmware: 1.2.7730

Base Station Firmware: 1.7.8_7427
