There is a battery problem with my camera

It said no battery, need to replace. So I replace the battery, the light blink blue couple times but it still says need to replace the battery. I use the battery to replace on other camera it shows full charge. I wonder if there is any problem with the camera itself? What can I do to check it?

Consider removing the affected camera and then go through the sync process again. Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select the affected camera > Remove Device.

 

If you're still having trouble, consider contacting the support team as suggested above.
