Anyone have solutions to a sudden loss in video quality on both the doorbell camera and essential security camera?
I received a notification for motion detected at night, the clip appeared to show a very low quality image, I checked another security camera and it too had a really compressed image. Only had them a month and have been fine up until now.
signal strength is good, so what would cause such a sudden issue? My concern is this doesn’t provide security as the current video quality would be unlikely to detect movement it is that bad.

Rebooting the cameras (and hub, if so connected) is a good start. If connected directly to your WiFi, reboot the router. Monitor to see if things are better and stay that way.

I suggest making a couple of manual recordings in various lighting conditions, so you have a reference. Download them, so you'll have them after the 30-day retention ends.
