STILL HAVING PROBLEMS: PRO 3s, one day shows battery at 20% then next day shows batteries

fully charged, also on the ultra 2s motion detection spotlight does not turn on, on all 4 ultra 2 cameras, when 1st installed they worked fine.  Also when trying to install the 2 PRO 3 FLOODLIGHTS directly to wifi, instead of the hub, the 1st PRO3 FLOODLIGHTS DOES and the 2nd one will only hookup thru the hub. I have removed all the cameras and hub, then reinstalled everything, and the same things happen again.  Distances are within 150 feet of base station and router, etc.

Thanks,

While the specs are for UP TO 300 feet (that's the standard claim for any WiFi device), reality causes the distance to usually be much less, in some cases more like 30 feet. It all depends on your environment and what's in the way of the direct path of the camera connection. Try connecting them in closer proximity to your hub or router.

There's no way to extend the hub's connection other than to position the hub closer to the cameras (may need a WiFi or powerline extender to plug the hub into) and/or use a second hub so all cameras have a decent signal. If connecting to WiFi, use of WiFi extenders may help solve the issue.
