My subscription stopped and I cant contact anyone to get my subscription back. I have been a customer for 5+ years... and I tried several times to resolve the subscription issue and now I cant even talk to anyone because I do not have an active subscription. extremely frustrating. There is no phone number to call and no live person to chat with without a subscription... by my account wont let me re-subscribe. And prices have increased... fun

Hi, I would be more than happy to assist you. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
