Is the basic Arlo Solar panel USB3?

The only difference between them is the color.  Both have USB-C connectors.

 

There are several older panels.  The only old one with a USB-C connector is the VMA6600.  That is quite a bit smaller than the 7600, so I think it will provide a lot less power.

The others either used microUSB or used the proprietary magnetic connector.

What model (no idea what you mean by "basic")?

 

The panels just deliver power.

 

Did you mean USB-C????
