Twice over the past week when I logged on using my phone ( which is the only device I use to access my cameras and no permission for others is granted) I'm asked for my fingerprint to log on but a red statement saying I was logged out due to sign on in other location message occurs?
The 1st time it caught me off guard. I looked at permissions. None were given. I was busy at the moment and let it go.
This morning when it happened, I changed my password. My home wifi password and now I feel Arlo should tell me the mac address of the log ins. Right?
There's a record.
ARLO,
Put my mind at ease and verify only I have access?
THANK YOU,
Patiently waiting
Heather

I get this every once in a while - not often. I don't know what causes it (I do have multiple devices that I use for access so there may be some sort of race condition where one device connects for some reason while I'm using another) but as far as I can tell there's no issue.

Thank you for responding
I have a base unit wired to my modem and 4 wireless cameras.
Having this message prompt on my screen during a normal sign in has made me very uneasy. Yet, it has happened twice in a week.
I would assume that if a compromise did occur and my system was being viewed when I went to sign on, it would have kicked the other viewer off, prompting a message concerning other location sign in.
I've changed my password and use my fingerprint.
I live alone and found this system user friendly for my own safety and I'm not a computer tech but so maybe the system can be compromised easily.
I felt if another location sign in occurred, prompting me with a red message, then that mac address or IP should be registered.
I feel Arlo should respond especially knowing it has happened to more then 1 of its clients.
Thank you so much again!!
