I have three questions.

1. I have arlo at home and at a business I installed cameras for, as an experiment I shared my cameras with business and theirs with my personal account.  I can see the business cameras they cant see mine even though it says invite accepted.  Is this becuase they have arlo secure and I dont at home?

2. I am going to be installing 2 new camera systems at 2 different businessed and don't want more arlo accounts to log into, can I add the 2 new base stations to my exisiting acount as new businessed add cameras to each and just share with the business owners and maintain control with my account? I assuem I would need an arlo secure subscription for each base station/business seperately

3. If later business wanst to take ownership of their own account can I transer the base staion and cameras to their arlo account?

Thank You

Actually have a follow up answer/question to my own question I think i would be better working with owner and setting up a new account with their e-mail address, getting a secure subscription that they renew then sharing all cameras with me with access to modify, then I can control system from my account and if they decide they no longer need me they just take away my access? but I am still only logging into one account after initial set up

No.

There are two user interfaces at the moment - the older one shows "Library" in the app menu, the newer one shows "Feed" and "Dashboard".  Arlo is going through a slow process of migrating "Library" accounts to "Feed".

Sharing requires the two accounts to match - either both need to use "Feed", or both need to use "Library".

What is almost certainly happening here is that your newer account uses "Feed", while the older business account is still using "Library".

If is possible to force the migration of the business account to "Feed".  There are still some bugs in Feed that you should be aware of before doing that.  Let us know if you want more details on that.

The new "Feed" interface allows you to set up locations for each property, so all can be put into the same account.  You are right in thinking that you would need one subscription for each location.

Yes.  You can remove the cameras and base from your account, and then add them back to the business account.

What cameras do you have at home?

About how long ago was the home account created?

Friend access doesn't require a subscription.
