I've been using this app with several camera and doorbell for a while now and I have had a terrible experience the entire time. The system and app have been a nightmare to use. When I was sharing the app as a second user I was unable to see anything through my login so we ended up having to share the one email login, meaning one would be kicked off if the other was logged in. 

I later had to reconnect all of the devices to my account which was not as straight forward as it should have been. It took an extremely long time for the app to pick up and then register the devices to my account. When my subscription ran out, I can no longer see any feed recordings even though I have a usb plugged into the home base and this has worked in the past. I called support today and they said I have to disconnect and reconnect all of the devices in order to get them to save and record locally. Why is this so difficult? My cameras are not easy for me to reach and require me to climb a tall ladder. The process was not easy the first time which makes me very reluctant to do this all over again. Support could not help me with locating a setting in the app which would simply switch over to local saving of recording. 

I just wanted to put this out there so people know how difficult this system can be to use for anyone trying to decided between different brands. I will be purchasing a different branded door bell and camera system today!
