Profoundly disappointed in product

I just bought arlo and was looking for a place to set the camera up and turned on the camera and can't believe I spent $200 for such a horrible piece of crap. Maybe this is a beta product? The detail, depth and range were not there. I am using this as a security cAmera and need detail, not some fuzzy, out of focus camera. The good thing out of all of this, I know not to buy netgear.
