Does getting status use battery power on camera. I notice it searches till it shows camera. Thanks

I've pondered the same thing but have no answer.  The delay before displaying could be all between the base station and Arlo servers with the cameras never getting pulsed since the base knows whether it has connections. It doesn't seem to be an issue for battery life, regardless...
