Base was deactivated and now it won't reconnect. Tried to reset the base and disconnected the power numerous times.... still can't find base.
Please help!!!

Welcome to the community! Please consider performing a factory reset of the base station. This is done by holding down the red reset button on the back of the base station along with the sync button until all LEDs flash amber. Once the base station comes back online (solid green internet LED) you can then navigate to "Settings" -> "Subscription" and "add a base station". The serial number should then populate so that you can add the base station back to the account. Keep in mind the device you are using to add the base station back to the account must be on the same network as the base station. Let me know if this helps!
