Problem with the picture

Few days ago I recieved a new

Arlo Smart Security System with 4 Arlo Cameras (VMS3430)

One of the cameras shows a red picture.

I ask for your help.

Pull the batteries out and replace to reset the camera ...if it happens again, then either take it back or it's a warranty issue and you would have to contact Netgear Support.
