Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. I have been trying to connect the chime 2 to my home router internet via the mobile Arlo app and every time i do so it brings up someone else's network (instead of mine), thus i cannot login to obviously. How do i get the chime 2 to detect my internet connection instead of another persons? Once I can connect the chime 2 to my own network I will be able to then connect to the hard wired Video audio doorbell. I am repeatedly trying to do this and repeatedly failing...
