Not recognizing my latest Base Station
Even though both power, and internet lights are green, and a camera was synced to the base, it is still not being recognized!!!!! WHY? This is complete crap. I will sensor myself.

First, reset the base holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Do not sync a camera until you've claimed the base successfully.
We need to know exactly what you've tried and what you see. Error messages? Are you using the app or a web browser? Have you tried both? Is the phone on your WiFi and not cell service? Are you using a VPN?
