I stopped receiving email alerts on 7-23-16. I have restarted the base station several times and confirmed my email address. My email account is not blocking the alerts. Please advise what I should do next.

I changed my email address and started getting my alerts. I don't why but it worked.

If you started receiving alerts after changing your email address, it sounds like your email provider could be blocking the Arlo alert emails. Consider contacting your email provider and check to see if this is the case.

My email provider is the same just a different alias email address. The old address worked fine for the passed 6 months and was receiving other email.
