No yellow motion detection light when testing

Hi,
I have a camera that is not detecting motion at all. When going to test for motion detection, even at most sensitive it does not flash the yellow light at all. I removed the battery, removed and added the camera for the server. Nothing seems to work. Please advise.

Does it work on Live View?

 

Try and Armed the camera( in modes) ... Sense level is usu default80%...you should get a recording. After arming confirm the motion detect icon ( ball with lines) is black not gray

 

( the Arlo original camera has a max range of 20 ft for people)

Same issue with no motion detection & tried removing camera from base station & battery several times over the past month.

 

Would really appreciate some suggestions.

Does the motion detection test fail too?  If so, try contacting support.  https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

Motion Detection Tests fails as well, I never get the yellow light.

 

My 2 other cameras are working fine so far.

 

I found another thread with the following steps but so far no go...

Pull the battery from the camera first

Remove the camera from the account in the app

Resync the camera (I waited at least 2 minutes before putting the battery back in)
