No night vision and then camera went offline

We bought the set with 2 cameras. 1 camera stopped recording in night vision (it would record but was completley black) and then it went offline. It just keeps saying offline and won't record. I thought the hardware was always under warranty, but when I try to contact support it takes me to the page where you have to pay $50 to phone support. Any idea how I can get this camera fixed or replaced without having to pay?

phone support is free for first 90 days, so assume you've had system for more than 3 months?

At the bottom of this page is a contact support button with links for (free) chat and email support.

 

Have you tried opening and reclosing the problem cam's battery door to reset it?  If that doesn't work have you tried deleting it from your base station and then resyncing it to add again?
