Live camera preview is not working but cameras are still recording

My cameras went offline when we had a power outage in a vacation home.   I had a neighbor go in and reset base station and sync cameras.  The cameras are detecting motion and recording which I can see on the app.  However when I try to watch live the message comes up that my cameras are offline.  I tried logging out and back in to the app and also rebooted my phone...still no live camera.

Have you tried a browser, too? If that works, maybe reinstalling the app might help.

I'd suggest that you use a UPS/battery backup for the modem,router and base to prevent this from happening again.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I've tried the browser, doesn't show live preview either. I will be getting a Battery Backup, good idea.

Not sure what woul cause no live view. Open a case with support.
