Problem wiht VMB3000 Netgear Router - I have all three green LED Lights on, but there is a message No internet connection. The Wi-Fi signal both on BT router and Netgear Router are strong, synchronisation between the base station and the camera goes through fine, the blue light is flickering on the camera. I restarted the base station two times, but this problem still remains. The ethernet cable is connected correctly. I have checked Profile settings, there is shown -  Failed https://arlo.netgear.com/json/localization_ru.json?v=2.3.1.853_15990  to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) . What could be done to resolve this issue ?

I uninstalled both the Netgear Base Station and the camera, then installed them again, - the problem has been resolved. Just uninstalling only the camera didn't help. Now everything is back to normal

easy thing to do is Power down modem, router and base unit ,then bring them back up in same order ( give each one time to reboot )

I have tried to switch everything off and then on, now the lid that showes the internet connection is amber colour, although the Wi-Fi showes that there is a strong signal on NETGEAR. The system asks the internet security code. I don't know it.

BT routers have been a source of issues in the past. Folks have mentioned that newer models have resolved their problems. Might be worth getting the ISP to update their hardware.
