Have anyone experience the following situation:
I brought the Arlo pro camera to add to the Arlo wire free base station which would give me a total to 10 cameras. Nine (9) of the cameras is the Arlo wire free and the one (1) added is the Arlo pro.
I was unable to sync the Arlo pro to the base station. Took the battery out and back in, still was unable to sync. Removed the original nine cameras and rebooted the base station and started to sync the New Arlo pro. No luck. Then, I started to re-sync the original cameras and they would not sync. Contacted tech support, they walk me several steps and we were unable to re-sync original Arlo wire free cameras and the Arlo Pro camera.
Tech support decided to replace the base station – they indicated that the base station has malfunction (Arlo tech support indicated that this would be a one-time offer since my cameras and base station is over 1-year old). Once the replaced base station arrived in the mail, I was still unable to sync the cameras both the Arlo wire free and the Arlo Pro.
The Arlo base station is connected to my Net gear (Nighthawks X8) route – before trying to install the Arlo Pro Camera, the existing 9 – camera have been work fine with no issues.
Have anyone have any solution to my problem…. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks.

John... I don't really have an answer but more of an observation...
If you haven't gotten the original 9 cameras back, you'll have to go thru the steps the Techs gave you to get them back.
( usu a factory reset of the base, reset cameras and remove all , then bring everything back as if new )
As to the last camera it was prob more an issue with the camera since all was working prior... I am right now running 11 cams on an Arlo ( older ) base
..same as you.. 9 Arlo cams, 1 Pro and a Q ( which is separate as to base link )
There are no issues with any.
If you have more problems just ask and we'll try to help

John, I recently had similar problem tho only one camera removed by mistake I was not able to add back for severals days then suddenly one day it magically appeared once again. I wonder if you have checked again lately to see if you can recover or add your cameras? Give it a go.
